VANEL’s Volunteer Managers Network celebrated this year’s National Volunteers Week (1st -7th June) by holding a Volunteer Recruitment Fair in Peoples Park on Friday 2nd June. The event was attended by VANEL Member organisations such as Dementia Awareness, YMCA Humber, and Counting Hope and also served as the launch of VANEL’s latest funding success, ‘The Blue Lights Brigade’.
In the run up to Neighbourhood Watch week which takes place next month, VANEL are working with the Caxton Theatre and providing Neighbourhood Watch material for their upcoming play. Read on for full details.
