If you work with children and young people in North East Lincolnshire you are eligible to sign up for FREE Eating Disorder training. The training will be delivered by B-EAT, a leading eating disorder charity, and has been secured through the Future in Mind Programme. Grimsby and Cleethorpes District Scouts will be holding a Ceilidh on the evening of Saturday 23rd September at Cleethorpes Memorial Hall. There will be food, live music and a bar. Tickets are £10 per person and all proceeds raised from the event will be invested back into the scouting group. The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service is the highest award given to local volunteer groups across the UK to recognise the outstanding work carried out in their own communities. Any group doing volunteer work that provides a social, economic or environmental service to the local community can be nominated for the award. The winners are announced on 2nd June every year. Nominations are open until 15 September.
