Aged 18-25 & interested in making a difference?
Across the UK, less than 0.5% of charity Trustees are under 25.
But if you are lucky enough to be in that age bracket, then you’ll know that you could bring a unique perspective to so many charities given the chance.
So if you are interested in Trusteeship (or serving on a committee), then do take a look for local opportunities here.
But we know it can be a challenge, and at VANEL we are looking for ways to both encourage younger people into governance roles (on boards or committees), and to support them before and during the experience.
If you think this means you, then please do get in touch with us.
At VANEL, our young development team – enfuse – are always interested in supporting younger people – and helping with Trustee roles is no exception.
At VANEL, Karl Elliott is coordinating Trustee support initiatives, and you can contact him here.
