In partnership with the South Yorkshire Eating Disorders Association (SYEDA), Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire are delighted to be able to host an awareness session entitled ‘An Introduction to Eating Disorders’.
SYEDA are a leading regional provider of one to one support, training, counselling and family support for those affected by Eating Disorders. This session is appropriate for anyone working with adults or young people, and will offer an insight into what an Eating Disorder is, how it may manifest and what support is available for those affected, amongst many other benefits. Further details about SYEDA and their courses can be found on the attached leaflet.
There will be two sessions held at Voluntary Action North Lincolnshire, 4-6 Robert Street, Scunthorpe, on 22nd June. The morning session will be from 9.30-1pm and the second from 1.30 -5 pm. The workshop is free to attend.
