Humberside Youth Association funding – another chance to apply
If you ran out of time to apply for funding from the Humberside Youth Association (HYA) funding pot – then you’ve got another chance!
The fourth and final round for applications closed recently, and yet again, a number of interesting local community projects were successful and were awarded funding from the pot.
But at the final meeting of the funding panel it was decided that as there was still a little funding left unallocated, and because of the interesting mix of ideas coming forward from the community in North East Lincolnshire, another round of funding would be opened up.
A closing date will be fixed soon – but essentially applications are open again.
So if you had a project that you didn’t get a chance to apply for support for, then now’s your chance.
Remember, you either need to be a younger person – in which case you can apply for up to £500 for a huge variety of ideas – or you need to be a group working with and supporting young people, in which case you can apply for up to £2500.
The full information page about the fund is here – and this will be updated shortly with further details and dates about the next application. In the meantime simply contact Richard at VANEL with even an early draft of an application to see if it is going to be suitable.
