Free Level 1 Mental Health Course

On Thursday 23rd November, VANEL, in collaboration with the Independent Forum, are holding a free Level 1 Introduction to Mental Health Course in Grimsby as part of the Mental Health Millennials UK (MHMUK) project. The Level 1 course will cover topics such as mental health and wellbeing, mental health illnesses and self-help techniques.

The training will take place at the NEL Carers Centre starting at 9.30am.

MHMUK is a long term project that aims to bring together Young People and various organisations to work collaboratively to address mental health issues that are prevalent to Millennials in today’s society. Through offering this free training course, MHMUK hope to develop and grow a network of individuals and organisations whilst offering a generic understanding of mental health.
