Does your organisation need new committee members?

Simple question:  Does your organisation need new trustees, committee members, steering group members or directors?

If so, VANEL would like to know because we’d like to try and help you find people to take up those roles.

All of these positions are essentially volunteer roles, but very few of them get added to Do-It, and fewer still get widely promoted.  So very often, those with skills, interests, experience or inclination who might look for such a role are in the dark as to where to look.

We do get contacted by people seeking these opportunities, and we therefore need to know who is on the lookout for new board members.

Our “View from the Top” governance e-newsletter now goes out monthly and includes details of local board level opportunities, so we need to know if your organisation needs to be included in that list.
