Notice of the VANEL AGM (and our Pumpkin Party)

The VANEL AGM will take place this year on

Thursday 19th October 2023
at 1.30pm
at the Canopy Community Hub in Grant Thorold Park, Grimsby

All are welcome to attend.

If you are a Member or Friend organisation it would be good to know if you can or can’t attend the AGM.  Please let us know in advance. Contact Karl or Liz. Thank you.

But the AGM formalities are just part of a slightly bigger, informal, environmentally focused PUMPKIN PARTY that we holding on the day. You can read all about that here.

The overall event runs from 12.45pm – 3.30pm with the AGM just a short part of it at 1.30pm.

We’d like to see you at our event – pop in for any amount of time from 12.45pm onwards, but support us for the AGM too if you can.
