The Crime Reduction Fund (CRF) is open again for applications
The North East Lincolnshire Community Safety Partnership (CSP) Crime Reduction Fund is now open again for 2020/21 applications.
This is the fourth year of this fund and the first round for 2020/21 has a closing date of 18th September 2020. A second round will then follow with a closing date in December.
This scheme has been funded by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside (PCC) and is being managed by Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire (VANEL) on behalf of the North East Lincolnshire (NEL) Community Safety Partnership (CSP).
This grant scheme accepts applications from voluntary, community and not for profit organisations in North East Lincolnshire that can clearly demonstrate how their project contributes to the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan and the North East Lincolnshire Community Safety Partnership Plan.
Full details of the requirements for funded projects and the application process can be found on the VANEL website here. Guidance notes and the application form can be downloaded from that page (please use the new forms if you’ve had forms previously).
As before, if you’ve got ideas for a project then please feel free to discuss this with Richard Wendel-Jones at VANEL first.
Contact: Richard Wendel-Jones at VANEL via richard@vanel.org.uk or look at www.vanel.org.uk/crf or call 01472 361043 and ask to speak to Richard Wendel-Jones or Paula Grant
Please note that the CRF Panel invites applications that address community safety and is not able to fund projects that focus on the impact of Covid 19 if they are unrelated to crime and disorder.
