Cleethorpes Christmas Market for the festive season

Cleethorpes Christmas Market took place at the Cleethorpes Pier Gardens from Friday 15th December through to Sunday 17th December. Armed with a plethora of blankets and Anglian Water Freebies, the IGNITE team and Volunteer Centre staff bravely faced the elements to engage with the public about what you can and cannot put down your toilets and sinks.

Whilst the weather did it’s best to freeze volunteer’s and stall holders alike, the festive atmosphere kept a steady flow of visitors. In total, the team spoke to over 410 people across the weekend and gave away over 4000 freebies such as sink strainers, funnels and leaflets.
