Thursday 7th & Thursday 21st April – Mental Health

Level 1 – Basic Awareness half day workshops 0930 – 1330.

Level 1 is “designed” to give participants a general insight into mental health vs mental ill health by sharing information and statistics around prevalence, causation, support and care, personal experiences, treatments, wellbeing and safety at work via presentation along with groupwork.

For those who are “more involved”, either because of their work and/or Health and Safety there is Mental Health Level 2-Advanced two day course

(1) Monday 11th & Monday 18th April 0930 – 1530

(2) Monday 9th & Tuesday 10th May

Level 2 goes into greater detail around mental health problems, major mental illnesses, diagnosis, prognosis, signs & symptoms, treatments, again groupwork with constant refreshers and question time.

Cost: Free. Places are limited 1st come 1st served basis.
