NHS patient survey programme
We are inviting Local CVS and other main stakeholders to fill out a survey for the national NHS patient survey programme. We would be grateful if you can do this yourselves and if you can forward this out to your external contacts.
Apologies for the tight timescale on this but it is very simple and takes just a few minutes using one of the web-links as outlined below. And you only need to complete the survey if you have used / want to use the PSP.
CQC is responsible for the national NHS patient survey programme, collecting the views of patients and service users to inform inspections and other CQC work. We are currently collecting information on how survey data is used by others and are also compiling a list of all individuals and organisations with an interest in the surveys. This will allow us to contact people for consultations on the survey programme, and to provide regular updates on surveys that are being carried out.
If you would like to be involved in future updates on the national NHS survey programme, and / or have used the survey data for any research or evaluation work, please let us know using the web form links below, by Friday 20th November.
If you have used survey data for your own work please complete the survey available here. You will also be able to provide your contact details for updates and consultations:
If you have not used the data itself but would like to be involved in consultations or receive updates please provide your details here:
We really welcome your response. Kind regards
