North East Lincolnshire Food Provider leaflet

The North East Lincolnshire Food Provider Forum has recently created a joint leaflet of the main food providers in the area.
These leaflets are aimed at local staff working at ground level for information on food provision, so they know the most appropriate service to refer clients to, opening times and contact details etc.
Care and the Forum will be printing these leaflets in the next couple of weeks.
It would be very useful for the Forum to know who would like some of these leaflets and how many they would like.
