HealthWatch survey

Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire is carrying out a survey to help identify issues that concern users of health and social care services. 

They would be grateful if you could take 5 minutes to complete the online survey. The completed survey will provide useful data to compare with the issues that have already been logged in regular discussions with local people.   It will also play an important role in finding out what is working, what is not working so well and where work is needed to dig a little deeper to evidence local needs.
