We also provide support in a couple of specific areas:
VANEL still oversees the North East Lincolnshire Compact – the agreements and principles which connect the Voluntary and Community Sector and the Public sector.

We recognise that every organisation puts finance/funding/fundraising at the top of their issues list. Since the completion of the Fundraising Plus Project VANEL no longer has a dedicated Funding Officer. However, we’ll continue to share resources and information about Funding online here, and will share funding news through our Funding Blog.
Rural organisations and communities have specific and different needs to urban organisations. Although they also share many of the same issues and needs as everyone else, VANEL recognises the specific support that rural organisations need, so we have a Rural Development Worker who can support this.

On a technical front, VANEL also has a huge amount of technology and website experience and expertise in-house. Some of this is of course shared through our WebClub, but we are also on occassion able to provide support to Members and Friends with their website development or troubleshooting work. We usually build websites for our own projects and partners, but are sometimes able to offer advice or support services with your websites. Find out more here.
