As some of you will be aware, Humber, Coast and Vale is part of the national Building Health Partnerships programme for 2017/18. The focus of the programme is on how we support people to take greater control over their own health and wellbeing in a positive way.
The first stakeholder event is due to take place on 13th September (1-4pm) in Swanland Village Hall – full details are on the attached invite.
If you are a community based organisation working directly with and influencing the lives of people in a positive way then this invite is for you. This project wants to use everyday and innovative activities and opportunities to help to change behaviours and improve people’s health as a result. The programme needs your help to identify these different approaches and to influence those that currently commission and provide health and care services.
This is just the start of a process…..co-production of the local project….it’s your opportunity to influence both the project and the outcome!
If you are unable to come yourself, please pass the invite to someone else.
