NEL Social Prescribing Social Impact Bond

This piece of work, being led by the NEL CCG, is to draw down funding to implement a solution around Social Prescribing in North East Lincolnshire.

For those with an interest in this – groups working on health matters within the community for example, here is a brief update from the CGG, plus notes from the last meeting and an invitation to the next meeting (next Monday).

Dear All,

As we continue to develop the NE Lincs Social Prescribing Social Impact Bond, we invite you to join us for a workshop to refine the service design.  We have already been working on this, based on national best practice, as well as local stakeholder engagement, so we will be presenting a working model.  We aim to produce a model that works for patients, referrers and providers and would value your input, as potential providers, as to which elements of the model will work well for you, and which might need to be tweaked.

The event will take place from 2-5pm on Monday 16 May at Centre 4 Training Room 3, please let me know if you can attend.

A programme will be circulated nearer the time and notes from the meeting on 3rd May are attached.
