Humber Learning Consortium are pleased to announce the launch of the third round of ESF funding. ESF Community Grants are part of the European Social Fund (ESF) programme which is distributing small grants in the Humber, East Riding, York and North Yorkshire region. The aim of the fund is to help unemployed people progress towards employment through access to learning and training opportunities delivered by not for profit organisations in the heart of predominantly disadvantaged communities. The deadline for Humber and East Riding applications is Friday 24th March – 4.00pm.

This years event “Social Action Club 2017” is being organised by founder of Counting Hope and Diana Award holder, Andy Green. The event is open to all school’s within Yorkshire and Humber, and is free to attend.
A heartwarming message from IGNITE Project Leader and Samaritans’ Volunteer Holly Almond. Holly is working with IGNITE to raise funds to redesign the Grimsby branch of the Samaritans.
