Moon on the Water is a social enterprise led community arts, culture and music venue on North Prom in Cleethorpes. It’s a social business so it’s reliant on funding, fundraising, donations and community support. The evening is supported by volunteers and all proceeds help support Moon on the Water. This workshop is part of a suite of workshops run by the Technical Assistance Partnership (TAP), promoting the ESIF programme and supporting potential applicants to apply for ERDF and ESF funding across the Humber, York and North Yorkshire areas.
This workshop will cover State Aid, publicity, document retention and procurement compliance requirements for ERDF and ESF.
The workshop will be held at the Hilton Hotel, York (opposite Clifford’s Tower) on 9 July 2019 at 10.00am.
Registration will be open from 9.45am.
The morning session will cover:
· State Aid (basic introduction)
· Publicity and regulations
A buffet lunch will be served at approximately 12.30pm.
The afternoon session will cover:
· Procurement (basic introduction)

where: Big Local North Cleethorpes office, 82 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes (opposite Tesco Express). Free street parking nearby.

Places are very limited – booking essential and may be restricted to max 2 people per organisation.
Costs:
Places are £50 per person. £90 for two people from same org.
IF your organisation is based within the North Cleethorpes area (please ask) then Big Local will subsidise each place by £20. Please agree this in advance.
Ideally full payment is due before Friday 25th October. VANEL will invoice. Payment can be via BACS, cheque or cash. Please ask for alternative payment arrangements if necessary.
