Consultation Opened on Car Parking in North East Lincolnshire

North East Lincolnshire Council has recently launched a consultation on car parking in North East Lincolnshire.

A review of their controlled parking has recently been completed by consultancy firm SYSTRA.

A number of proposals from the review are now being put forward for consultation. These include:

• the future of underused car parks in Burgess Street, Garibaldi / Duncombe Street, Orwell Street (East and West) and Wellington Terrace in Grimsby
• provision for disabled people
• car parking charges and season tickets
• Residents’ parking schemes.
