Local Charities Day is Here!

Local Charities Day is finally here! Led by the Office for Civil Society as part of DCMS, today celebrates and shines a spotlight on the work of small local charities and community groups!

To celebrate Local Charities Day,  Local Giving  are matching  1,000 x £5 donations made to local charities today as part of their #GIVEME5 campaign. In 2015, their #GiveMe5 campaigns raised over £95,000 for local charities and community groups across the country. Lets ensure that their year’s campaign raises even more.  Not only this but today is also an opportunity to #GrowYourTenner!  Grow Your Tenner will match one time donations from the public by up to £10 and monthly direct debits by up to £10 for the first three months.
