Mental Health Awareness Week 8th – 14th May
Did you know that next week (8 – 14th May) is Mental Health Awareness Week? Rather than looking at why so many people seemingly struggle with mental health issues, this month’s newsletter examines why so few of us are thriving with good mental health.
Mental Health may be something you don’t often think about. This may because you feel that you yourself, have ‘good’ mental health, or because you don’t ‘know’ anyone with a mental health issue. With any luck, the former will be true, but the chances are that you do know someone struggling with a mental health issue, but are unaware. Click here to read the full newsletter.
Mental Health Training is available for people working with children and young people. Courses include Emotional Resilience, Manager/Supervisor mental health workshop, MHFA, YMHFA, MHFA Lite and YMHFA Lite. Contact natalie.justice@nelincs.gov.uk for more information.
