Who Likes Bubbles?
VANEL, in partnership with Anglian Water, will be holding a World Toilet Day (WTD) event on Saturday 19th November 2016 at People’s Park. The event which will start at 11am and finish at 2pm, aims to increase awareness of the global sanitation crisis affecting 2.4 billion people worldwide, and will serve as the launchpad for the O2 funded IGNITE project “Explorabubble!”
The event, run with the help of young volunteers aged 16 to 19, promises to be fun filled and action packed! We will be holding a mummification competition, colouring contest, toilet roll ten-pin bowling and have a photobooth! Explorabubble aims to provide adults and children alike with the opportunity to express themselves using bubbles as an artistic medium which everyone can take part in and enjoy! We will have a bubble machine, giant bubble wands and an array of different bubble-themed craft activities!
We hope to see as many people at WTD as possible, and hope that you are as excited about bubbles as we are.
