Health Watch Recruiting Executive Board Positions

“Help us make health and care services work for the people who use them”.

Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire (HWNEL) is recruiting for Executive Board members (Voluntary).  Members need to be able to represent the views of others and to have a good knowledge and experience of health and social care services.

HWNEL works to make sure that the voices of local people in North East Lincolnshire who experience these services are heard and reach the ears of the decision makers and main providers.  They work to ensure that patients, carers and the public can access good quality information about health and social care and get help when they need to complain about services.

HWNEL has a growing number of volunteers working actively all over the local area who are supported and overseen by the Chair and Executive Board.  The Executive Board represents HWNEL at a strategic level, helping to influence health and social care commissioners, service providers and other decision makers within the county.

If you feel that you have the right skills, experience and knowledge and you are interested in health and social care matters, please send them your CV (including the names of two referees) with a covering letter or note explaining why you think you can make a positive contribution by joining the Health Watch Board, taking account of the role description and person specification.

Please send your completed CV, letter or note by email to or by post to Delivery Manager, Paul Glazebrook, Health Watch North East Lincolnshire, Office G5, Prince Albert Gardens, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 3AG.
