This week at the Volunteer Centre we’ve had some exciting new opportunities in! Take a look below:

Independent Supporter

• Wanting to make a real difference for families and young people?
• Have a little time available each week?
• Experienced in SEN/disabilities?

Then these new volunteer opportunities could be for you! Running from now until April 2016.
Core Assets Children’s Services has been commissioned by the Council for Disabled Children,
and working in partnership with Local Authorities, Parent Partnership Services and Parent,
Carer Forums, to provide an Independent Support Service.

Kitchen assistant

Age UK require someone who is willing to work part of a team of volunteers helping out in the main kitchen providing meals for their service users on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
