Activating Confidence is a free programme designed to help young people overcome the barriers preventing them from becoming the best version of themselves.
After a successful two-year run we are sad to report that VANEL’s Community Health Champions project will be coming to a close at the end of March. The project has engaged with over a thousand people since it started and visited a number of locations across North East Lincolnshire. Project Co-ordinator Vickie Ehret would like to say a big thank you to the volunteers who supported the programme and the members of the public who engaged with it.
On Thursday 16th March Lincolnshire’s High Sherriff will award volunteers from the Grimsby Institute and members of VANEL’s IGNITE team with their LVC certificates. Read on to find out more about the LVC programme and the presentation ceremony.
