Police sharing Partnership Information From for where a child may be at risk
The Police have requested that the enclosed Partnership Information Form is shared widely with partner agencies. The form should be completed and submitted to the Police where:
- Where there is information about Child Sexual Exploitation, Criminal Exploitation or any other similar concerns.
- Examples would be information about what recreational drugs young people are using, names of people who are exploiting young people or information about criminality committed by young people in general or a person in particular.
- If there is an immediate risk then the practitioner should contact CASS or call 999.
- 101 to obtain assistance and advise if not an emergency
The NEL LSCB Safeguarding Children Procedures should also be followed where they are any concerns in respect of a child or young person’s welfare or safety.
