Councils Plans For Borough Wide No Drinking Zone

The Council are looking into the possibility of the whole of North East Lincolnshire becoming a controlled drinking zone for the purpose of alcohol consumption in public open spaces. You will find all the relevant details around the proposals here together with a question and answer sheet explaining the rationale behind the proposal  and what a Designated Public Place Order (DPPO) is and what it means. Your views and opinions are both needed and valued and we encourage you and your colleagues to complete the short survey (electronically).
