Organised Dialogues series. Next session 16th November.
An invitation from Marcus Czarnecki for people to join in with his Organised Dialogue series.
Dear friends, dialogue delegates and colleagues,
Our third dialogue of this series of Organised Dialogues on from the previous. We will stay with the theme – “generations of the future”. In the November session we’ll look at the power of Resilience, Listening and love – the journey back from difficult experiences.
The dialogue is on the 16th November (Thursday) at the West Marsh Community Centre. Space is limited so please RSVP. Doors open 5.30pm
The inspiration for the series – ‘Fostering The Future’ – comes from the work of the Creating Strong Communities program in North East Lincolnshire. Inspiration is also drawn from the pledge made by the Men of SGI-UK (Soka Gakkai International UK*) in 2015 ‘to foster the youth’ – a pledge which is symbolised by the Ginkgo leaf – also called the grandfather grandchild tree because it takes two generations to bare it first flower. A symbol of the great care and patience needed to raise a child.
Finally, why dialogue? A dialogue is restorative in nature, imbued with the spirit of learning – it’s different from other types of encounter meetings:
.. Dialogue is listening and learning. A dialogue is a place to develop and grow and change oneself rather than a place to state a case, win an argument or change the ‘other’.
Please RSVP Call/SMS on 07852861441 or by email by return
