Action on Hearing Loss survey
We are sending this email on behalf of Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNID) who are consulting on proposed changes to their services to older people experiencing hearing loss. The consultation is being conducted via an online survey of organisations and individuals and telephone interviews with organisations and individuals. The timescale for the consultation is very short and responses to the survey are needed by Thursday 21st January 2016.
We would be really grateful if you could complete the survey and also circulate it to relevant organisations or groups in your area (e.g. health and social care organisations or those working with older people): https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/AOHLORGS
We would also be grateful if you could circulate the following survey to any individuals, for example volunteers that your organisation is in contact with: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/AOHLIND
Finally, if your organisation works with older people in Hampshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Lincolnshire, Essex, Surrey, Yorkshire, Tees Valley, Berkshire and London, Action for Hearing Loss would really appreciate it if you could take part in a 15-20 minute telephone interview to discuss in more detail the proposed changes to their services. If you are prepared to take part in an interview please email Isabel Hartland at Isabel.hartland@navca.org.uk.
Action for Hearing Loss really appreciates your input into helping them consult on the proposed changes to their services. If you have any questions about the consultation then please do not hesitate to contact Isabel Hartland.
