Review of Domiciliary Care Service Provision

North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group has been looking at how Home Care services can be improved in North East Lincolnshire.  As part of this process, the CCG have consulted with home care lead providers, social care workers, mental health, community nursing, carers and other relevant health and social care professionals.

We have also looked at a range of information about current services from residents including a survey that was sent to home care service users earlier this year.  As a result of all the feedback and information we have gathered we have reviewed the home care service provision and drafted an improved service model for North East Lincolnshire.
