Key Findings and Learning
The North East Lincolnshire Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) is committed to supporting organisations to continually improve their practice and to reduce risk and harm through learning from Serious Case Reviews in improving outcomes for our children
Aim:
- Take a systems approach to learning
- To share the key findings and learning from local Serious Case Reviews
- Raising awareness across all providers and practitioners to support effective inter agency practice
- Explore the factors that promote positive practice
- Consider the mechanisms that reduce any identified deficits in practice
The briefings will be facilitated by Steve Ashley who is a Serious Case Review Author

Banqueting Room, Grimsby Town Hall
Target Audience:
Managers and practitioners from all organisations working with and providing services for children and families, including statutory and voluntary organisations, universal services and services for adults.
