Wellbeing Group Life Skills workshops now at the Mind Centre

As you may know, the Mind Works programme is based at the Volunteer Centre and are supporting volunteers who have the more common mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression, by offering them additional one-to-one mentoring and access to a self-help support groups.
A Wellbeing Support Group had already been running at Grimsby Main Library for 20 weeks and is facilitated in a fun, interactive workshop style, sharing over 30+ self-help Life Skills to help survive the distresses in life. We have recently moved to Mind in Kent Street and run the group every Tuesday 2.30pm – 4.30pm at the Mind Centre and now run a Creative Art group Thursdays 2.30pm – 4.30pm.
