Youth Working Links

Voluntary Action North East Lincolnshire has been successful in bringing down funding for a Humber Learning Consortium programme that is aimed at benefiting young people with pathways into work or training.

The programme is aimed at young people aged 18-30 who are seeking work or training within 6-12 months and are in receipt of benefits.

We help with tailored 1:1 support with employability skills and support in overcoming barriers to get you work ready. You’ll get chances for training, volunteering, work experience and social action.

If you are interested in the programme, or know someone who should be referred onto the programme then please contact Jenny Hodson at VANEL via jenny@vanel.org.uk or 01472 315437.

VANEL receives funding for this programme via Humber Learning Consortium and the Community Grants programme.

The ESF Community Grants programme is commissioned through the Education Skills Fund Agency (ESFA) and is a key investment that supports the delivery of the ESIF strategy.

Community Grants is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
