The closing date for the final round of Humberside Youth Association funding (HYA) is very soon – 31st January. Young people can apply for up to £500 – it might be for a small project, or some personal training. Groups working with younger people can apply for up to £2500 if they have a project to support those young people. Don’t miss out on a chance for this simple to apply for funding. The Shalom Youth Project has been helping young people in the East Marsh area since 1972. The area’s last remaining open access youth club has warned it will have to close – unless the community can help raise the £40,000 it needs. Read the article and spread the word.
