The aim is to establish a single information point in respect of different agencies’ passenger transport offerings, with a view to more effective signposting and publicity – a Transport One Stop Shop to deal with user needs and requests for services locally within North East Lincolnshire.
We are currently exploring the following options:
- Online portal
- Creating a website for transport information, advice and guidance which covers transport across the North East Lincolnshire area which will signpost to partner and stakeholders websites and others sites of interest for transport users – this will compliment the existing transport IA&G currently provided in North East Lincolnshire
- Digital buddies
- We are looking at the feasibility of introducing a ‘digital buddy’ role with partners and stakeholders who would provide one to one support to transport users in how to use the Transport One Stop Shop portal (users would then be able to navigate and use the site independently)
