Accord’s Winter edition of ‘According to…’ is now available online!

Find out what 752 Accord Member’s had to say about their experiences regarding local GP services as part of a ‘Good Practice’ questionnaire, and how the results are being used to help improve local healthcare services now and in the future. You can also read in full the newly published Sustainable Transformation Plan (STP) which aims to create an environment where everyone in Humber Coast and Vale can ‘start well, live well and age well’.

Save the Date – ‘The Way Forward 2017’

Join Accord to discuss health and social care service plans for North East Lincolnshire on Wednesday March 8th, 2017 from 1pm until 4pm at the Humber Royal Hotel, Littlecoates Road, Grimsby DN34 4LXA.  This is your chance to speak to health and social care commissioners about the Sustainable Transformation Plan (STP) and what this means forNorth East Lincolnshire.
