VANEL Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

The next VANEL AGM
will be on 16th July 2026

Hold the date in your diary – all Member/Friend organisations are welcome to attend the AGM and anyone else connected to VANEL or interested in our work is welcome to attend beforehand.

The AGM is our formal requirement to report back to you – our members/friends and partners on what we were up to during the financial year Apr 2025 – Mar 2026 and how we are doing. We always use it as an opportunity to tell you what we’re currently up to and what we’ve got planned for the year ahead.

So, please support us if you can by sending a representative from your organisation to attend the <30minutes it will take for our AGM (starting at noon). Thank you.

But please also use the opportunity to visit our offices before the AGM (from 11am) for a drink and a chat with our staff members who will be there to show you around or introduce you to our projects and our work.

Where?

The AGM will take place at the VANEL Offices – the Community Hub at 82 Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 7DP

It will also be online (Zoom) and a link will be shared in advance to anyone registering for the event.

When?

Thursday 16th July 2026.
12noon start for the AGM. Expected to last 15-30mins

Feel free to attend from 11am to meet the staff, have a hot drink/biscuit etc.

The AGM is followed immediately by our VANEL Exec meeting so we’d expect people to be able to depart by around 12.30.
