It’s time to explore Green Cleethorpes

It’s Spring; the weather is improving; restrictions are lifting; so now is a great time to get out and start walking and cycling around Cleethorpes and enjoying some of the green spaces and places the area has to offer.

The walking route maps we produced as part of our Heritage funded project are now ready to collect, so please use them as an excuse to get walking! More about the maps here and the route here.

The Cycle Hub on Cleethorpes railway station has reopened, so that’s an excuse to hire a bike and explore green spaces further afield. Find out more from the Cycle Hub website here or their Facebook page here. We’ve also set up some ideas about local cycling routes, but why not create your own?

And if you’re just looking for space to meet up with people outside (now that this is permitted), then explore the green parks and space around North Cleethorpes and maybe meet somewhere different to normal (Sidney Park, Sussex Recreation ground, Trinity open space, Haverstoe Park, Dolphin or Pier Gardens?). Use this site to read more about their heritage before you go.

Enjoy Green North Cleethorpes
