Friendship at Home Volunteer Open Day 20th October

Friendship at Home (FaH) are looking for volunteers aged 16+ to help make a difference to the lives of the older people they support. The organisation works to help combat isolation and loneliness across North East Lincolnshire and to improve the quality of life of older people. Volunteers pay an integral role to Friendship at Home’s ability to offer vital services that support older people in North East Lincolnshire. There are a variety of volunteering opportunities available with FaH, and you could make a real difference to the quality of an older person’s life by offering a small amount of your time.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with Friendship at Home (FaH) and would like more information, why not come along to their Volunteer Open day on Thursday 20th October 2016. The event will take place between 11:am and 1:00pm.  Lunch will be provided. The event will provide prospective volunteers with the opportunity to find out more about the work FaH does, the volunteering opportunities available, and give you the chance to speak to some of their current volunteers.

You can download a Friendship at Home volunteer application form here.

Simply send the completed application form via post, via email or drop to it into the FaH office in person. Their address is:
