Have fun getting fit with your friends and come along to Lincs Inspire’s FIT TO PARTY charity event at Grimsby Auditorium on Tuesday 20th September from 6.30pm to 9pm.
At this special one-off event, in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society, you can expect fun, fitness, flashing lights and a party atmosphere as you join up to 300 others in two gigantic group exercise classes!
From 6.30pm to 7.15pm you can take part in a high energy BODYCOMBAT™ class, where you can enjoy getting fighting fit as you punch, kick and strike along to the music with this calorie burning workout.
If you love dancing then get your glow sticks ready and bring a night out to your workout with Clubbercise® from 7.15pm to 8.00pm. There will be club anthems from the 90s to today’s hits so you can have fun getting fit during this fun, easy-to-follow dance workout.
To celebrate your workout there will be also be a variety of mocktails for sale in the Auditorium bar, so you can socialise and relax with friends after your workout.
The classes are open to those age 16 plus and cost £2 per class or £3 for both classes (Lincs Inspire subscription members) and £4 per class or £6 for both classes (casual members or non Lincs Inspire members). £2 from every paid space will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Society.
Grimsby Leisure Centre’s changing and showering facilities will be available to use following the event.
