I am delighted to be able to share with you the attached consultation document for the draft Dementia Vision and Forward Plan. We would really welcome your thoughts on the attached document. To help with this there are some questions to complete on the first page. The feedback we receive will be used to shape the final draft of the Vision and Forward Plan, which we will work towards achieving in the coming year.
