Becky at CERT has a number of courses available free for the 19 Plus age group and are delivered in a friendly, supportive environment.

Principles of Customer Service Level 2 (unaccredited)
Developing Confidence and Assertiveness Level 1
Managing Money and Personal Budgets
Skills for Gaining Employment
