The Great Grimsby Project. Event to share exciting plans for the town

The Chancellor recently launched the UK’s long awaited Industrial Strategy.  This publication informed us and countries around the world how the UK was going to grow, create jobs and become an economic powerhouse of the future.

Featured in this 250-page document was a few paragraphs about The Great Grimsby Project. Not only was that outstanding profile for the area, but it also announced Grimsby as a Government pilot for future Town Deals.

There is an invitation now for you to hear first-hand from the Director of Regeneration at NELC, Damien Jaines-White, what the Great Grimsby Project is all about.  Also for discussion are the opportunities that it creates and how it will impact on the economy of North East Lincolnshire. From new employment land to new cinemas, from Garth Lane to the Kasbah, there are some very exciting plans ahead for the town.

The meeting will take place at 9am on Tuesday 20th March at St James Hotel, Grimsby and will finish no later than 10.30am.

This is an open invitation to you, your employees, associates or any customers you think will benefit from hearing about our local regeneration plans. Places are available to anyone whether you are a Business Hive member or not.
