ERDF Eligibility Guidance V6:
To amend the section of the Eligibility Guidance covering Simplified Costs Options – Hourly Rates (pages 25-31) to incorporate proposed changes to the Common Provisions Regulation and to clarify some issues around the use of group rates.
To amend the retail section of the Guidance (pages 16-17) to allow for some limited capital expenditure to be allowed for the installation of low carbon technology or through a financial instrument.
