You may have heard that Alice from the Nicest Job in Britain recently spent a week with the team from Friendship at Home.
She has now taken on an Isolation Week Challenge to raise awareness of the loneliness and isolation some older people face each and every day. During this week Alice will spend all of her time alone and indoors, cut off from the outside world with not so much as a mobile phone to keep her company
You can follow her week and daily video the Friendship at Home Facebook page as well as on the ‘Nicest Job In Britain’s Facebook Page.
