This newsletter will update you on how Humber TCP is working to change health and care services in a way that will make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and adults with a learning disability and/or autism in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire.
The TCP is made up of people who use the services, their families and carers, health service providers, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), local authorities and NHS England specialised commissioning services.
