The Dementia Steering Group is hosting a workshop for professionals who work with/ have an interest in/ support those with Dementia and their Carers to articulate the ‘Dementia Vision in North East Lincolnshire’. The workshop has been arranged as follows:

The workshop aims to:
- Reaffirm the National Dementia Priorities
- Set the Local Dementia Vision
- Celebrate our achievements – where we are now
- Explore where we want to be
- Establish local Dementia Objectives for 2016 onwards
- Agree next steps

PLEASE NOTE: We will be working with those with dementia and their carer’s via alternative sessions/ activities.
