Instead of being based in one location, the volunteer service team is coming to a town near you! The new and improved service, North East Lincolnshire Volunteer Service (NELVS), invites organisations that involve volunteers and those that would just like to find out more about the service to join them at their Cleethorpes and Grimsby launch events (details below).
The aim of NELVS is to improve accessibility for those who live in Immingham, VOLand Grimsby, and eventually those who live in rural areas of North East Lincolnshire. We also aim to improve communications between organisations that involve volunteers and organisations that haven’t used the volunteer brokerage service in the past but would like to find out more about support available, such as WI’s, Neighbourhood Watch Groups, special interest groups and local businesses.
