Community and voluntary sector organisations can apply to take part in a development programme to help them offer advice and guidance to people eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare who wanted to find out more about personal health budgets. Experienced groups can offer mentoring support to the Gearing Up projects. Each organisation will receive a small grant of £10k. Closing date is noon on 1 December 2014.
